1. ABOUT US

2. BASIS OF SALE

• These Terms and any quotation set out the whole agreement between you and us for the supply of our rubbish collection services, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
• Where we are able to provide a quote for our services without first needing to inspect the location, a contract shall be created between us upon your acceptance of our quote (by telephone, email, or otherwise). We reserve the right to vary our quoted price if, at the time of collection, the information you provided was incomplete or inaccurate.
• Where a site visit is required to provide a quote, no contract shall exist until we have inspected the location and provided a formal quotation. Any prior price indication shall be an estimate only.
• A quotation shall be valid for a period of 30 calendar days from its date of issue, unless we notify you in writing that we have withdrawn it.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHARGES

Flexible Cancellation: You may amend or cancel a booked collection at any time. We do not charge any cancellation fees.

Access Issues: If we are unable to remove items because they are too large for doorways or access points:

• If we agree to dismantle the item (e.g., removing legs from tables), and we are still unable to remove it, we shall not be responsible for reassembling said item.
• If a third-party company is required to assist with access, you shall be responsible for their costs.

Time Allocation: We allocate specific time for clearing based on load size:

• ¼ Load: Up to 15 minutes.
• ½ Load: Up to 30 minutes.
• Full Load: Up to 1 hour (based on a 16 cubic yard storage lorry).

We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if the clearance takes longer than the allocated time for the volume of waste.

4. PROVISION OF SERVICES

• We will provide services with reasonable care and skill, unless prevented by a Force Majeure Event.
• We make every effort to meet scheduled removal dates, but delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur. We will contact you to arrange a revised date as soon as possible.
• Safe Access: You must provide us and our subcontractors with free and safe access to the premises. You must notify us of special circumstances (e.g., heavy items, parking restrictions, or difficult access). Failure to provide accurate information may result in a cancelled collection or additional charges.
• Authority: You confirm you have full authority for us to collect and dispose of the rubbish. You shall indemnify us against any costs incurred from third parties if you do not have proper authority.
• Hazardous Materials: If we detect or suspect asbestos or other hazardous materials on-site, we may immediately vacate the premises. You remain liable for the service fee in full. If materials are already loaded before discovery, we reserve the right to charge for expert removal.
• Safety: Sharp objects (knives, broken glass) must be stored in appropriate containers, not bags, for the safety of our staff.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

• The price of our services will be as set out in the quotation provided.
• Payment is due at the time the job is performed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend further services if outstanding amounts are not paid.
• All payments must be made in full without any deduction or set-off.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of implied statutory obligations.
• Under no circumstances shall we be liable for loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the services provided under the specific contract in question.

7. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: civil commotion, terrorist threats, fire, floods, epidemics, or the impossibility of using public/private transport networks.

8. DATA PROTECTION

We use the personal information you provide only to deliver our services or inform you about similar services we offer (unless you opt out). We do not pass your data to third parties, except where required for credit reference agencies.

9. GENERAL

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by English law, and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• Third Parties: A person who is not a party to these Terms shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
• Amendments: We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. You will be subject to the policies in force at the time you order our services.
